Your aesthetic outcome

Your foundation will dictate alot of your final outcome.

Th main parameter of your outcome is your bone structure. Some patients have a time rib cage, as opposed to their hip bones, so achieving a hourglass shape in one round of SX is achievable.

If your hips and rib cage are about the same width, there will be a limit to how much you can be shaped.

Alot of people who want aesthetics fail to understand there are limitations in foundation outcomes, and some doctors fail to talk with their patients about this, and in the end unrealistic expectations are set.

Some patients look at pre & post of results and tend to think "I look like her pre op, so I will look like her post op photo". Maybe on the surface, but the under layers it's not possible if your foundation is not similar.

When going into a consult, set your expectations into reality and discuss this with your chosen doctor
